- Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 2000/PP.
- 25% cancellation if cancelled less than 20 days prior to check in.
- 50% cancellation if cancelled less than 10 days prior to check in.
- 75% cancellation if cancelled less than 5 days prior to check in.
- 100% cancellation if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check in.(12 noon the day prior).

- Himachal Bharat Tours is not responsible for delays due to any technical faults or a traffic jam.
- The time and instructions provided by the transporters shall be strictly followed for all the transfers.
- Check-in and check-out timings will be as per Hotel policies (Early check-in is subject to availability. You might be charged extra for early check-ins, as per the Hotel policies).
- AC will not work in the hilly areas.
- We charge extra for providing a heater during your stay at the hotel.
- The Hotel meal timings must be strictly followed. Meals will be served as per the hotel menu (Buffet included).
- Money will not be refunded in case of any natural disaster that takes place during your Kullu Manali tour (Earthquakes, Floods, Landslides, etc).
- If Airlines Reschedule the flight or cancelled the flight due to any technical issue Himachal Bharat Tours is not responsible.
- Party Passes for Christmas and New year will be on Extra cost at a Time in Hotel.
